Service Description

This two-hour Journey with Artis typically includes guided meditation; an organic mix of transformational life coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatics, and Expressive Arts (drawing and journaling); Reiki; and a closing exchange with 'homework'. The session is customized to your needs and desires. In addition to receiving guidance and healing energy, you will learn tools that you can use in your life on a daily basis to help you be at peace in the present moment and stay centered on your Cosmic Path as you intentionally Evolve. * Special rate for the Cosmic Community.
